I stayed here in flat 15 during my 2nd year when it was newly furnished. I enjoyed it very much and decided to book it for my masters as it is the only place to offer a fortnightly clean. It is so close to DMU, you can see the Clephan Building and Hugh Aston. The city centre is 10 mins away and for students who want groceries delivered, it is possible too.
However due to the current situation, my course start date was pushed from September to January 2021. I emailed them and it was cancelled within a week, after sending them the official letter stating the change.
